Vendor Registration Form

Hmong Resource Fair offers wonderful opportunities that allow volunteers to use and enhance personal and professional skills and interests. Volunteers will work with the Hmong community and gain networking tools working with various organizations involved with the fair. Volunteering opportunities include:

• Serving on the Hmong Resource Fair committee
• Working with Hmong Resource Fair committee members
• Bi-lingual assistance
• Specialized event coordination
• Information distribution

To participate as a volunteer please print and fill out the following volunteer form(s) and return it to us for review.  This is required for all volunteers.  Please remember to also print the volunteer parent/guardian permission form if you are under 18 years old.
